By using JobFlo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service
JobFlo provides a field service management platform for South African trade businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow unauthorised access to your workspace.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of first payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
Data ownership
You own all data you enter into JobFlo. We provide data export on request. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Liability
JobFlo is provided "as is". We are not liable for business losses arising from use of the platform beyond the amount paid in the preceding month.
